Payments

 
We offer PayPal for payment (which you do not need a PayPal account to use, you can just fill out your details in the checkout) as its fast and simple and you do not need to pay any fees.  You can pay via credit card securely.  Please note: after you have entered all your details in the checkout it goes back to the order total and shipping options page one last time to give you a final chance to change anything, you have not completed the transaction or paid until it says 'Thank you for shopping with Cubbly Kids'.
 
If you do not want to pay using PayPal we are happy to allow bank deposit, please email us for details.  We will be setting up another online credit card facility in the near future.  All prices are inclusive of gst and are in Australian Dollars.

We also are pleased to offer our customers Lay-by.  Please see our Lay-by Policy for further information.


Privacy & Terms

At Cubbly Kids your privacy is important to us. 

We will not pass on your information to any third party. Any information that you do provide us with will be used to process your order.

Cubbly Kids reserves the right to at any time without notice change our products, descriptions, prices or any other information. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us. 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order you place with us and refund your payment in full (Lay-by's excluded) for any reason including if we can no longer supply the goods or there was a problem with the order such as insufficient postage not being paid on request etc.

Returns

At Cubbly Kids we want you to be as happy with our products as we are!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please send it back to us within 7 days in it's original packaging and we will happily replace it for you or give you a credit, or refund your money if it is faulty. We are sorry but we can not replace or refund any items 30 days or more after purchase as we can not obtain refunds from our suppliers and too much time has passed with wear and tear - especially as they are children's products.

If you have any concerns with your order or the products please email us.  We will always do our best to sort out any problems you may have.
